Telescopic Cylinder
Hydraulic telescopic cylinders are a type of hydraulic actuators designed to provide exceptionally long stroke lengths while maintaining compact retracted dimensions. This is aching by series of nested tubes - called stages that extend sequentially like telescope.
When pressurised, the largest stage extends first (highest force, lowest pressure requirement). Subsequent smaller stages extend after the previous one reached full stroke.
Key Features:
- Multi-Stage Construction : Contains 2 to 6 stages depending on stroke requirement.
- High Stroke-to-Retracted-Length Ratio : Perfect for vertical or horizontal lifting applications.
- Heavy-Duty Performance : Strong design suitable for high loads and repetitive cycles.
- Precision Machined Stages : Chrome-plated stages for corrosion resistance.
- Custom Configuration Available : Stroke, number of stages, mounting, and ports.
Retraction can be: :
- • Single acting (gravity or load retracted the cylinder.).
- • Double acting (hydraulic power extends and retracts the stages).
Applications :
- • Dump trucks and tippers.
- • Refuse trucks.
- • Mobile cranes.
- • Ariel work platforms.
- • Agricultural equipment.
- • Material handling machinery..
